Principal's History:

• Richard Hale is a Southern California native, pilot and US Navy veteran.  He attended California State University, at Fullerton where he earned a duel bachelor of arts degree in accounting and finance .  While attending school, he was employed by a major Orange County city as an accountant in their finance department.  During his employment with the city he was recruited by a large accounting firm where he spent five years as a staff member at various levels.  He then moved on to create his own accounting firm where he has received many rewards for his success.   He has been married for over twenty-five years and has been blessed with three children.

The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California State Society of Certified Public Accountants selected him to perform Quality Reviews of other member CPA firms.  As team captain, his responsibilities included auditing and reporting on the work of other CPA firms quality and professional standards they are required to follow.

Mr. Hale has undergone six external peer reviews himself.  Those reports, from the Quality Review Service Division California Society of Certified Public Accountants, reflected the highest possible results.  Few firms receive this many unqualified reports without letters of comments from the  California Society of Certified Public Accountants, administrator for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

His client base is very diverse, including the audits of several governmental special districts, various employee fraud audits, lecturing, consulting, the monthly monitoring of several construction firms, retail business and wholesale product providers, along with physicians and other professionals.  These services culminate in providing products such as top quality financial statements and supporting information, tax consulting and preparation, and even expert witness testimony service.
